Spirit stones (study credits) and lifetime access are digital services. Once credits are consumed or premium content is unlocked, they cannot be returned.

If you accidentally purchase a credit pack or lifetime access and have not consumed any credits or unlocked any premium content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.

If a technical failure on our platform prevents credits from being delivered after payment is completed, we will verify the transaction and either issue the credits or process a refund at your request.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order information. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
